Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 2pm GMT are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at championforge.store@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable Items (for hygiene reasons, if packaging is opened):
- Swimming goggles and caps
- Resistance bands and fitness accessories
- Apparel items (if tags are removed)
How to Return an Item
- Contact championforge.store@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and address
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using tracked shipping (we recommend this to protect your return)
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective. No restocking fees apply.
Free Shipping Refunds
If you received free shipping on an order over £50 and return part of your order, bringing the total below £50, the original shipping cost (£7.99 Express) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges for different sizes or colours are available subject to product availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at championforge.store@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
